**Stock Plan Administrator**

**Responsibilities**:

- Support transnational workflows for Equity Plans including grants, exercises, releases and ESPP purchases
- Manage all aspects of processing and reporting related to equity and relationship with relevant external vendors including service levels
- Maintain confidentiality of all employees, payroll, and equity information
- Provide outstanding customer service to departments, employees, and board members
- Assist with equity compensation for executives
- Document internal and external procedures
- Liaison with brokers and transfer agents
- Project manage initiatives
- Take part in training sessions for employees

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years in the Equity Administration Industry
- ESPP rollout or administration experience required
- BA in Business or Finance preferred
- Certified Equity Professional (CEP) certification is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong understanding of financial reporting principles related to equity compensation
- Expert knowledge with equity related portions of SEC filings
- Experience administering both equity incentive and ESPP Plans
- Strong project management skills and able to lead and work with different departments in connection with equity administration
- Familiarity with LTIP plans with over 1000 participants
