The Front of House (FOH) Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all front-of-house operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences. This includes managing hosts, servers, bartenders, and support staff, coordinating with the kitchen, and maintaining service standards, cleanliness, and team morale.

**Team Leadership**:

- Supervise, train, and support FOH team members during shifts.
- Monitor staff performance and provide on-the-spot coaching or support.
- Ensure proper station coverage and staff rotation during busy periods.

**Guest Experience**:

- Greet and interact with guests to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
- Handle guest complaints calmly and professionally, escalating to management if necessary.
- Ensure the dining area atmosphere aligns with brand standards (lighting, music, cleanliness, etc.).

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
