You will be responsible for providing effective support to all our clients and communicating clearly to offer attentive and value-added service.

Main responsibilities:

- Respond to telephone calls from clients and advisors.
- Make decisions to facilitate the client’s request
- such as escalations for transactions, waving administrations fees, mailing of cheques.
- Resolve complaints from clients
- within the guidelines provided.
- Focus on building and maintaining excellent relationships with our clients and partners.
- Assist clients to ensure a positive experience when dealing with our Company and provide 1st line resolution to problems or know when and how to follow up with other internal staff for resolutions.
- Update basic information received from clients, such as address changes, PAC, name corrections, add notes and follow ups for special handling.
- Use of the Workflow system to document and submit change requests are required.

**Requirements**:

- College diploma in administration or related field, or 2 years of relevant experience
- Excellent language skills, both oral and written, due to frequent interactions with English and French speaking partners and clients across Canada
- Autonomy and excellent judgment
- Ability to work under pressure and manage stress well
- Excellent ability to transmit knowledge
- Sense of analysis and priorities
