Synergy Protection Group Inc. is looking for experienced and dedicated Site Supervisor to join our exciting, hard working and growing team in Ottawa, Ontario

**Job Duties**:

- Investigates security breaches, incidents, and other alarming behavior
- Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities
- Patrolling and monitoring designated areas
- Interacting with the public with a customer service approach to security
- Enforcing the Trespass to Property Act.
- Looking out for instances such as threatening, fraudulent, and rude behaviors by the customers
- Escalating and assisting law enforcement as required
- Completing incident reports and required documentation for all security incidents

**Requirements**:

- A valid Ontario security license
- Valid Ontario G-class license
- USE OF FORCE A MUST
- Minimum 1-2 years of security experience
- Minimum 1 year prior supervisory experience
- Must be able to stand for up to 10-12 hours
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Can stay alert at all times
- Ability to respond well to emergency situations

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.50 per hour

**Experience**:

- Security: 2 years (required)
- Security Supervisor: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- G-class license (required)
- USE OF FORCE (required)
