**Overview**

The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily construction site operations, coordintating with subcontractors, ensuring compliance with building codes and safety regulations, and maintaining project timelines. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee all on-site construction activities and ensure work is completed according to project plans and schedules.
- Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, labours, and tradespeople to ensure efficient workflow.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and adherence to safety regulations.
- Maintain quality control by ensuring workmanship meets industry and company standards.
- Enforce health and safety policies, ensuring all personnel follow proper procedures.
- Communicate with Project Managers, Clients, & Stakeholders regarding project status, challenges, and progress.
- Manage site logistics, including material deliveries, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
- Resolve on-site issues promptly to prevent delays and cost overruns.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and safety records.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, permits, and regulations.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project plans to guide construction activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in residential construction, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
- Stong knowledge of the Ontario Building Code, safety regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and construction working drawings.
- Experience coordinating subcontractors and trades.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software is an asset.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites as needed.
- First Aid/CPR Certification and Working at Heights Certification (preferred).
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry.
- Ability to lead teams effectively while fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
