**Position: Camp Counsellor - Sports Instructor**
At **Camp Kidstown**, our **Sports Instructors** bring the camp experience to life by using the power of play to engage, inspire, and create unforgettable memories. As a **Multi-Sport Counsellor**, you’ll lead exciting sports activities, encourage teamwork, and help campers build skills while having a blast. Your energy, patience, and enthusiasm will help create a positive and supportive environment where every camper feels included and successful.
- **Lead and participate** in daily sports activities, drills, and games with high energy and enthusiasm.
- **Foster a positive team spirit** and encourage sportsmanship among campers.
- **Build connections** with campers, ensuring their safety, well-being, and enjoyment.
- **Serve as a role model**, demonstrating respect, leadership, and teamwork.
- **Support a fun and structured environment** by following camp traditions, safety protocols, and policies.
- **Supervise and engage** in all camp activities, ensuring campers are active and involved.
- **Assist with camp logistics**, including setup, takedown, and organizing equipment.
- **Participate in special events** and all-camp activities, bringing extra energy and fun.
- **Report any concerns** about camper well-being, safety, or behaviour to leadership immediately.
- **Follow all camp guidelines and policies** while maintaining a professional and enthusiastic attitude.
