About the role:
To drive profitable growth by centralizing GT’s pricing strategy and deliver promotional planning efficiencies across all divisions simultaneously and across all channels (print/digital flyer, loyalty, in-store). Drive Service Revenue growth by maximizing portfolio and integrating offering as part of overall Marketing’s go-to-market plans.
Workplace Arrangements:
This role will follow a hybrid remote/onsite schedule. Applicants for this role can expect to work on-site from our Ottawa Head Office, on Walkley Road 1-2 days a week.

What You’ll be Doing:
- Pricing & Promotions - execute centralized GT pricing strategy and realize promotional GM$ recapture/growth- Achieve center of excellence through: price perception management, optimize promotions through predictive promotional modeling, roll out centralized flyer/loyalty offering, integrate promotional planning as an input into Category & GTM plans- Service Revenue - accelerate profit growth in existing and new business lines
What You’ll Bring:
- Undergraduate Degree or Diploma in similar or related field.- 8+ years of experience in a similar capacity- MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).- Similar work experience in retail environment preferred.- Solid experience with leading a team, coaching, developing and empowering direct reports through high-touch leadership skills- P&L and Budget management required.- Strong analytics, reporting and creative problem solving skills. Ability to draw conclusions and make recommendations. Strong understanding of metrics and reporting.- Detail oriented and ability to multi-task. Appreciation for a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.- Strong planning, organizational skills and interpersonal skills.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Exceptional leadership skills with ability to influence cross-functional partners.
