**SUMMARY**

Collaborate with sales, various departments and customers for the purpose of co-ordinating and updating relevant information required to complete and expedite orders in accordance with agreed to customer delivery dates.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Work with internal and external customers and suppliers to ensure on-time order entries and deliveries.
- Collaborate with sales, various departments and customers for the purpose of co-ordinating and updating relevant information required to complete and expedite shipments in accordance with agreed to delivery dates.
- Review orders to ensure various order specification information is captured first time right to complete the order entry process.
- Monitor scheduled ship dates to ensure on-time delivery to customers and when required, proactively communicate changes.
- Handle cancellations or changes of sales orders and communicate changes to appropriate personnel with the required supporting documentation.
- Interact with customers in absence of sales representatives to ensure customer satisfaction, continuation of work flow and on-time completion of orders.
- Monitor sales forecast and inventory to ensure orders will be scheduled and shipped on time to customers.
- Initiate action when inventory levels are below forecasting requirement.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Must have at least 2 years customer service experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- College or university graduate in business.
- Good Interpersonal, Planning and organizational skills.
- Must be able to speak, write and read English fluently to correspond with all levels of internal and external personnel.
- Good multitasking, customer service and mathematical skills.
- Proven customer service skills to relate to customers.
- Good work Ethics in including attendance and punctuality.
- Must have advance level Excel.
- Must be able to adapt and learn quickly.
- Knowledge of working with sales forecasting and inventory management.
- Prior knowledge in the Packaging industry is an asset.
- Must be a team player.

Pay: $45,100.00-$55,000.00 per year

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer Service: 3 years (preferred)
- Entering orders: 3 years (preferred)
