Key Responsibilities

**Sales Co-Ordinator** Sales Coordinator is responsible for providing support to the sales team and customers during the sales process. Sales Co-ordinator helps customers resolve sales-related issues in a timely manner, generally providing real-time support.

**Duties**:

- Support the sales team in achieving sales targets and objectives
- Coordinate and manage sales activities
- Assist in the development of sales strategies and marketing campaigns
- Maintain accurate records of sales data and customer interactions in CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products or services
- Prepare sales reports and presentations for management review

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships
- Well-organized with an aptitude in problem-solving
