As we continue to grow, we are looking for a highly motivated Sales Coordinator to join our team and support our sales process.
**Job Summary**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Order Processing**: Accurately process sales orders and ensure all required documentation is completed, including issuing and receiving Purchase Orders.
- **Vendor Coordination**: Liaise with vendors to confirm product availability, lead times, and competitive pricing.
- **Scheduling and Coordination**: Collaborate with other departments (e.g., service, parts, rentals, shipping) to schedule and arrange work to meet customer needs and deadlines.
- **Quotation Preparation**: Prepare customer quotes as needed and secure pricing from vendors.
- **Customer Engagement**: Act as a point of contact for customers during the sales and post-sale process, ensuring timely communication and issue resolution.
- **Sales Support**: Proactively support sales representatives by managing administrative tasks and reducing time spent on non-selling activities, preparing meeting materials as required
- **Reporting and Analysis**: Generate and develop reports for both customers and the sales team, including sales metrics, forecasts, and customer data.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify opportunities to streamline processes, anticipate potential roadblocks, and suggest proactive solutions to improve overall efficiency.
**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a Sales Coordinator, Sales Support, or Administrative role (preferably in the material handling, industrial, or similar field).
- Familiarity with order processing systems and reporting tools is an asset.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $40,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
