Inn at the Falls, an amazing boutique hotel in the Muskoka area, is looking for a Hotel Front Desk Manager that has experience, drive and passion for hospitality.

This is a pivotal role that supports/grows customer experience and helps us craft the best vacation experiences for our customers.

You will work along with Hotel Restaurant manager and maintenance people, and you will lead a team of 4-8 people some seasonal and some full season handling:

- Guest Service/Reservations
- Housekeeping

You will need to have energy, the Instagram-able eye, understanding of media and use traditional and non transitional means to enhance the boutique experience.

**Job Duties Include**:

- **Develop**:

- Develop a perspective and help us continually update the rooms providing unique, special and amazing get away experiences for our guests.
- **Manage**:

- Build schedule and help continually drive the front desk position and house cleaning teams, targeting customer satisfaction, efficiency while ensuring staff remains happy.
- **Hire**:

- As the property continues to grow, be able to hire and bring new staff on board for the Front Desk and Housekeeping Positions.
- **Maintain**:

- Walk around the property/rooms looking for opportunities/maintenance opportunities that the team needs to tackle.
- **Finance**:

- Help the property maintain its growth trajectory through wise managing expenses, costs and effective people management skills.
- **Culture**:

- Help maintain a positive culture, celebrating the wins and looking for ways to improve our misses.
- **Processes and Systems** - Grow the processes with us, ensuring inventory, asset tracking and other hotel best practices are in place.

Inn at the Falls is a boutique inn with 20 guest rooms, an Italian restaurant, a conference room and event space on site. It’s in downtown Bracebridge and overlooking Muskoka River. The main building is an 1870s Victorian estate full of history and rich characters.

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
