**Responsibilities**:

- Edit video content using Premiere Pro
- Work with the team to conceptualize and execute video projects
- Create both long-form documentary-style videos and short-form social-sharing videos
- Collaborate with the team to ensure that video content meets our standards for quality and consistency
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve skills

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of experience as a video editor
- Proficient in Premiere Pro
- Strong creative skills with the ability to think outside the box
- Understanding of visual storytelling techniques
- Experience with color grading and audio editing
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
