**Please join** **our Front Office team as a** **Front Office Supervisor. This role will involve engaging and providing services to our guests ensuring they receive a flawless experience whilst staying with us.**

**What is expEcted of me in this role?**
- Understanding of Front Desk Operations which include checking guests in and out of the hotel, leading the teams pre-shifts and sharing the daily tasks of the day
- Assist with report generation, scheduling, payroll and inventory management as required
- Liaison with other departments, including Housekeeping, Engineering, Guest Hub, Sales and Events and Outlets to ensure an amazing experience for our guests
- Training Front office team with any new standard operating procedures
- Flexible schedule and shift pattern based upon hotel needs
- At times you will be required to do overnight shifts, in the absence of Over Night Manager
- Valid work authorization for Canada

**Qualifications**:

- One year of Front office Supervisor experience or 2 years of Front Desk experience is required.
- Knowledge of OPERA PMS and other PMS.
- Valid Canadian driver’s license equivalent to a Class 5 Province of Alberta driver’s license with a minimum of 3 years Canadian driving history.
- Clean driver’s abstract must be provided by the applicant upon selection.
