**Role Overview**:
As a Client Support Coordinator, you will be essential in supporting our clients while also managing and coordinating key client service initiatives. In addition to serving as the primary contact for client inquiries and support, you will assist in tracking deliverables, managing service requests, and ensuring client needs are met efficiently. This position requires a balance of relationship management, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate internal teams to provide exceptional client service.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Client Support & Relationship Management**
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, providing exceptional service and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Facilitate onboarding for new clients, guiding them through the process and delivering comprehensive training on our technology and software solutions.
- Anticipate and monitor client needs, offering tailored solutions aligned with company services.
- Address and resolve client issues efficiently, escalating them to the appropriate teams when needed.
- Support the sales team by identifying potential business opportunities through client interactions.
**Project Coordination & Service Delivery Support**
- Track and manage key client deliverables, ensuring timely completion of tasks and service requests.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless execution of client support activities.
- Assist in planning and scheduling client meetings, training sessions, and service rollouts.
- Maintain thorough and accurate records of client interactions, project milestones, and support activities.
- Identify process improvements and work with internal teams to optimize service delivery.
**Qualifications**
- Degree or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years of experience in client support, project coordination, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and simply.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure effective service execution.
- Proficiency with client relationship management tools, project tracking software, and reporting systems.
- High attention to detail with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
