Bee Haven Childcare Centres are looking to strengthen their team by hiring quality and committed team members to provide excellent creative programming in our before and after school care programs working with children ages 5 to 11 years old. There are 6 different locations for summer camp and before & after school care programs, all in North Vancouver. We are looking for regular program staff, and summer camp program staff.

Successful applicants could be enrolled in an ECE or post secondary education program, possess a current ECE/assistant license, or have at least 20 hours of education in Child Psychology, Education, Nutrition and/or Phys ED, Child and youth care certificate or have a 20 hour responsible adult certificate (this online course can be taken after being hired, so long as it is completed within 3 months)

All applicants must have/be willing to get current First Aid/CPR.

Criminal Record check is mandatory.

This is a regular part-time position for the duration of the summer but full time hours are also available. Also could be extended into the school year for qualified and interested applicants.

The hours are Monday to Friday and applicants must be willing to work 5 days per week (M,Tu,W,Th,F).

- Supervise and engage children in various activities, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment.
- Assist in planning and implementing educational and recreational programs tailored to different age groups.
- Provide support and guidance to children, fostering their social and emotional development.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance and incidents, reporting any concerns to supervisors.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including CPR and First Aid protocols.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary, Permanent

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
