Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and assist in the preparation of RFP, RFQ, and proposal submissions for public and private construction projects
  • Research potential project opportunities and assess alignment with company capabilities and strategic goals
  • Develop, edit, format, and maintain proposal documents and templates using Adobe InDesign and other relevant tools
  • Collaborate with estimating, project management, and business development teams to gather accurate, compelling proposal information
  • Maintain and update a centralized library of resumes, project sheets, and proposal content for future use
  • Support the planning and execution of marketing, networking, and industry events to enhance company visibility and relationships
  • Manage and update company website content, ensuring alignment with current offerings and brand standards
  • Create engaging social media content across multiple platforms to strengthen online presence and audience engagement
  • Coordinate and execute client events, including planning, logistics, on-site support, and post-event follow-up
  • Design and produce marketing brochures, presentations, and other promotional materials
  • Oversee office administration tasks, including supplies, scheduling, vendor coordination, and general office maintenance
  • Capture and edit photos and videos to support branding, proposals, and communication initiatives

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have

  • 3–5+ years of experience in a marketing or business development role, with hands-on involvement in RFP/RFQ coordination or proposal writing preferred
  • Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), as well as tools such as Canva, video editing software, Microsoft Office Suite, and general document management systems
  • Experience in the construction industry considered a strong asset
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong attention to detail and consistency
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across departments and levels
  • Willingness to travel between the Mississauga and London offices, as well as to jobsites and events as required
  • Proven ability to work effectively under pressure and manage tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to remain organized and produce high-quality work while managing multiple priorities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
