**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Manage and oversee the daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities and more.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets to provide insights into financial performance.
- Conduct account reconciliations and account analysis to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.
- Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks to streamline financial processes.
- Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial planning initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal policies through regular audits and internal controls.
- Coordinate with external auditors during audits and prepare necessary documentation.
- Lead the implementation of new accounting systems or upgrades to existing software to improve efficiency.
- Provide leadership and training to finance team members to ensure best practices are followed.

**Experience**
- Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar senior finance role within a dynamic organization.
- Extensive knowledge of accounting principles and standards.
- Proficiency with accounting software such as QuickBooks and familiarity with other platforms like Microsoft Office is preferred.
- Strong background in managing accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, budgeting, and account reconciliation.
- Demonstrated ability in account analysis and financial reporting.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to lead a team effectively while managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Prior experience working with various accounting systems and implementing process improvements is highly desirable. This position offers an opportunity to play a key role in shaping the financial health of our organization through strategic oversight and operational excellence.

Pay: From $85,000.00 per year
