**Summary**

Precision Drilling, a leading oil and gas drilling contractor, is looking for a Specialist, Learning Systems, specifically in SAP/SuccessFactors, to use your knowledge and experience in our Field Training & Development function by researching, gathering, analyzing, and reporting training data.

Our training organization caters to improving our organization's performance using our human capital management tools. The organization has comprehensive data-driven strategy based on effective training data and efficient processes to deliver efficient, effective training.

**Responsibilities**
- Partner with IT, HRIS, and company personnel to provide appropriate solutions and recommendations to resolve system issues quickly and effectively.
- Gather, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources, including surveys, assessments, learning management, and other business systems.
- Develop reports and analytics to determine learning impact and assess the effectiveness of training programs.
- Develop visualizations that immediately identify and communicate trends, patterns, and correlations to stakeholders.
- Create dashboards and other data products to share findings and insights.
- Contribute to the ongoing development and maintenance of the learning management system.
- Adhere to data privacy and security protocols to protect confidential information.
- Adhere to and support learning technology strategies, processes, and tools.
- Provide business specific training to company personnel in the proper use of each learning tool as it pertains to business needs and requirements.
- Develop and maintain process and procedure documentation on developed solutions.
- Support learning systems, including learning, training, performance, and competency management systems.
- Administer all learning systems consistent with business needs.
- Coordinate and communicate with all internal support personnel, including IT, HR, HRIS, Training, and Operations in all matters related to learning systems.
- Identify, research, and resolve learning systems issues. Escalate issues to IT and HRIS for review and resolution.
- Prioritize and execute critical projects, tasks, and initiatives with a focus on results.
- Build and nurture critical relationships across the company.
- Share knowledge across the team and throughout the Company.
- Demonstrate high candor and high respect; strive for open and candid dialogue in our team and across the Company.
- Provide weekly status of learning systems issues, daily tasks, and new requests.
- Assist other department personnel as needed.
- Perform other duties/projects as assigned.
- All data, information, and observations are to be held in strictest confidence.
- May need to purchase small amounts of supplies or equipment for projects with costs approved and reimbursed by the training department.
- Empowered to make decisions related to the data analysis and visualization techniques and solutions in coordination with the training team and managers.

**Education**

Bachelor's degree in information systems or a related field

**Experience**
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in configuration, administration, and support of learning systems specifically SAP/SuccessFactors.
- Strong functional knowledge of the SuccessFactors system, specifically in Learning Management, Performance Management, and Employee Central.
- Experience or certification in database management and reporting software such as SQL, Tableau, and Microsoft Power BI is also important.
- Experience or certification in learning data analysis, reporting, and analytics
