Inside Sales Supervisor

**Job Overview**
**Duties**
- Supervising of the Day-to-Day activities in the Inside Sale department including dealing with issues as they arise and escalating to the Business Development Manager if necessary.
- Assist the Outside Sales team with customer purchase orders and offering substitutions recommendations.
- Train Inside Sales employees in job duties, safety procedure and company policies.
- Utilizing their knowledge and expertise to sell merchandise to customers
- Set up merchandise displays and stock shelves in the show room as well as maintain inventory of stock and restock from warehouse.
- Monitor open order reports on a daily basis and discuss with applicable Inside Sales Personnel
- Works closely with Purchasing for initiated sales to obtain goods or substitutions
- Provide input and feedback for flyer development
- Initiate and/or complete Customer Complaint form and conduct investigation if applicable.
- Act in a professional and unbiased manner to assist with any HR concerns or matters
- Provide relevant feedback to the Business Development Manager to assist in preparing Annual Performance Reviews
**Qualifications**
- Great organization skills to be able to work under pressure and multitask to manage time effectively
- Exceptional communication skills both oral and written, as well in a team environment including providing feedback and recommendations to management
- Be able to motivate others and demonstrate personal initiative while being able to trouble shoot and problem solve.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
**Education and Experience**
- University or college degree in Business Administration or comparable is an asset
- 5+ years of related work experience in Order Desk/Sales environment preferred
- Supervisory experience is an asset, preferably in a customer service role
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year

- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)
