Maple Ridge, Canada West Coast Building Restoration Inc. Full time

As the Project Manager, manage projects from pre-tender to completion, inclusive of coordinate trades, create maintain and update schedule, work with accounts for progress draws, work with estimator to create PO’s, sourcing materials, obtain city permits, project start-up docs, attend project meetings, prepare change orders, provide project close out documentation, infill project specific maintenance and warranty manuals).
- Meet with clients to review building issues, water ingress reviews, prepare detailed scope of works, prepare repair budgets and contracts. Communicate with clients and consultants to schedule and manage projects. Continue to build and maintain relationships with clients to generate future work.
- As the Project Manager your primary focus will be directly responsible for the successful planning and execution of projects while achieving all quality, budget, and schedule targets. Other duties will include ensuring that once a project is under construction that budgets and schedules from the pre-construction phase are met, establishing and maintain project schedules, setting up project budget and reviewing project drawings and specifications.
