**Your role in a Nutshell**

**Scope of Duties**
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement analytics strategies that drive business growth.
- Develop and manage the implementation of analytics tracking codes on websites, ensuring that data is accurate and consistent.
- Monitor/analyze live Google/FB ad campaigns for clients; recommend areas needing improvement and areas of opportunity. Be familiar with the products of the clients in our vertical market(s), and their use of digital marketing solutions to drive leads.
- Define and refine the reporting for Digital Marketing LOB. Manage the flow of leads from the top of the funnel to patient revenue generation, identifying and mitigating any gaps.
- Use Google Analytics to analyze data and provide insights to key stakeholders, including executive leadership and marketing teams.
- Manage and optimize Google Tag Manager (GTM) and ensure data is being accurately tracked and reported.
- Manage and optimize Call Rail, including configuring new numbers and routing rules.
- Collaborate with the demand generation team to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize for maximum ROI.
- Use coding skills to create custom reports and dashboards in Google Analytics, providing stakeholders with actionable insights.
- Provide training and support to team members on best practices for analytics implementation and reporting.
- Develop and manage testing plans for A/B testing and optimization.
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors and agencies.
- Manage promotional deadlines, approvals, and tasks. Possess/gain strong knowledge and appreciation of the cosmetic industry.

**What you offer**
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
- Must possess Google Analytics Certification or Google Ads Certified.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing analytics, with a focus on Google Analytics.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms, such as WooCommerce, and an understanding of e-commerce analytics.
- Proficiency in Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Call Rail.
- Experience in demand generation and lead generation campaigns.
- Good coding skills, including knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership qualities, including the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage projects.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical data into actionable insights.
