**What You'll Do**:
- Greet customers in a prompt, courteous manner as they bring their vehicle in for an express service
- Actively listen to customer needs in order to gather the nature of the visit, and recommend any additional services such as filters, bulbs, tire rotations, etc.
- Maintain customer rapport by explaining estimates and expected completion times
- Utilize our database management system to track and follow up with customers for future recommended repairs or maintenance
- Provide additional support in the Service Lane as needed
**What You Bring**:
- Previous experience within the automotive service industry is considered a strong asset
- Strong written communication skills to accurately detail customer concerns in each work order
- Exceptional verbal communication skills to develop relationships and ensure customer loyalty
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
- High school diploma and valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a criminal record check
