We are currently seeking Quality Assurance Tester Interns for a challenging experience based Internship to contribute to an innovative and groundbreaking project in the field of Artificial Intelligence (AI). This is designed largely as a remote placement however can also be a hybrid internship (Chicago or Toronto). In this engagement/applied learning internship you'll gain unparalleled experience in a high-growth, dynamic environment, directly interfacing with senior management and largely different from any other internship. It will be a demanding internship and will require you to bring the best version of yourself to the table, but for those who embrace this, it will be a richly rewarding experience as well as a great compliment to your academic investment.

**What You'll Do**:

- Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality of software and systems
- Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs until resolution
- Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
- Collaborate with the software development team to identify system requirements
- Monitor debugging process results and report testing status
- Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, test, and production environments
- Contribute to the documentation of best practices and technological choices

**About You**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience as a QA tester or similar role
- Experience in QA methodology and familiarity with software development process
- Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
- Working knowledge of test management software (e.g., qTest, Zephyr) and SQL
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Eagerness to innovate and challenge the conventional in the field of DevOps engineering
- Experience using Notion

This is a full-time, paid internship with a minimum commitment of 3 months (520 hours). We do have some flexibility with possible Part-time placements providing it is to accommodate for academic responsibilities or visa restrictions but the total hours required remains the same. With flexibility comes increased responsibility to this and will require a higher concentrated effort in order to be current with projects, align with your team and to extract the value this internship is engineered to award. The compensation will be $32-$35 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
