Quality Assurance Specialist

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**
- Implement a Quality Management System conforming to International Standard.
- Monitor and report on all activities, processes and procedures.
- Conduct internal investigations, and establish quality controls.
- Perform regular inspections and reviews to ensure employees adhere to quality and safety policies.
- Collaborate with design engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, sales, and human resources to conceptualize and implement quality assurance processes.
- Prepare detailed reports to identify quality issues, and make recommendations to production managers and department supervisors.
- Establish roll-out quality system and documentation covering all departments.
- Train employees to meet quality standards in all areas of the production process.
- Conduct Quality Audit and analyse data to identify gaps.
- Follow-up on action plans following audit recommendations.
- Adhere to the company’s policies and procedures.
- Carry out any other reasonable duties as required by management from time to time.

**Essential Qualifications**:

- 3-5 years of experience in Quality Assurance.
- Diploma or Graduate Certificate in Quality Assurance or Quality Engineering in Manufacturing and Management.
- Excellent coaching and mentoring skills.
- Demonstrated experience in quality and processes improvement.
- Experience in implementing ISO 9000 processes.
- Ability to conceptualize quality processes in the manufacturing processes.
- Creativity and analytical skills.
- Capable of working in a fast-paced environment and multi-tasking.
- Problem solving skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Capable of working in a pro-active manner with mínimal supervision.
- Experience with Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
