Cash Application Specialist

BrightPath kids operates and develops quality-based childcare centres across Canada. BrightPath is committed to be an innovator of early learning and childcare services and is seeking a Cash Applications specialist.

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Work extensively with our ERP and billing software
- Posting receipts from both parents and the government in DCW
- Positing receipts in the NetSuite
- Other duties as assigned
- Month End Cash posting Reconciliation

**Position Requirements**
- 2+ years’ experience in Accounts Receivable or Collections working in a fast-paced environment;
- Attention to detail and accuracy with the ability reconcile and quickly identify problems/solutions is required;
- Exceptional computer skills (MS Office, Advanced Excel, Outlook) - ability to do VLOOKUPS and Pivot Tables;
- Diploma or degree in accounting or business would be an asset;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; and Able to help client problem solve and defuse situations
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with fellow colleagues and must be Flexible, Adaptable, and comfortable working in an ambiguous environment
