As a member of our Production Team, you will play a key role at Angstrom Engineering working on our
shop floor and on our assemblies.

This full-time role is a shop position at our facility in the Waterloo Region, 160 Boychuk Drive, Cambridge
Ontario reporting to the Production Manager.

**SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPECTATIONS
- Build repeat assemblies following detailed instructions and guidelines.
- Identify and report any issues or discrepancies in the assembly process.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Assist with washing of parts and components associated with Angstrom Engineering

systems and machines.
- Assist with Load/Unload and packaging of materials and equipment.
- Perform basic maintenance tasks on equipment and machinery on the manufacturing floor.
- Clean and organize the manufacturing shop floor area. This includes tasks such as sweeping,

vacuuming and garbage/recycling removal.
- Shovel, salt and maintain walkways.
- General assistance in other areas of the shop, as required.

**QUALIFICATIONS OVERVIEW
**- Must have the ability to understand/follow basic operator instructions and complete all

assigned tasks in a timely manner.
- Must demonstrate basic reading, writing, mathematical skills, normally acquired through a

high school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be physically fit, and have the ability to safely lift up to 40 lbs. on a frequent basis.
- Must be well organized and able to work with minimum supervision.
- Manual dexterity and the ability to perform repetitive tasks is required.
- Familiarity with hand and power tools is required.
- Great work ethic with a positive attitude and desire to work as a team.
- Forklift experience is an asset.
- Work in a manner that garners respect from your peers and makes others around you

better. Actively share workload responsibilities.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime, as required
