**About the role**

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our passionate, driven, Machine Learning and Acoustic teams. As a Structural QA/QC Analyst, you will collaborate with Machine Learning engineers to develop new machine learning models and further enhance our existing machine learning models. In this role, you will be working with high-resolution 3D models to identify structural defects, teaching our Deep Learning models how to do the same. Your responsibilities will include labelling image data and performing quality checks on structural defect masks, prior to delivery.

**Responsibilities**
- Identify and label defects on image datasets.
- Perform quality checks on machine output prior to delivery
- Collaborate with internal teams to aid in the development of equipment and software.
- Use video and photo data to map acoustic survey point locations for the purpose of confirming location auto-mapping algorithms.

**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor's/Master’s degree or equivalent in civil/structural engineering.
- Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in civil/structural engineering and machine learning.
- Demonstrated experience working with QuPath and/or QGIS.
- Strong knowledge of geospatial analysis.
- Strong communication and personal time management skills.
- Able and keen to work in a very fast-paced, continuously growing remote environment.
