As an Avery Dennison Certified Sign Fabricator, the company focuses on providing its customers with high-quality products. They are currently seeking a Inside Sales/ Customer Service representative who is a team player, motivated, reliable, and capable of performing all duties typically found in a sign shop. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone looking to work in the sign-making industry and who enjoys collaborating with others.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Customer service
- friendly, polite, and timely communication with customers
- Answer inbound calls from potential customers
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Help select the best option for each customer
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution
- create quotes and invoices in the computer system.

Qualifications:

- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 3 years of sales in Municipalities or Construction Roadbuilders.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Professional demeanor. Ability to work well under pressure. Ability to work well with others. Must be able to work in a team environment.

Compensation: Competitive base salary based on performance.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
