**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media and Digital Marketing**: Oversee daily social media management, including content scheduling, ad campaign reviews, and engagement with our online community.
- **Event Planning and Management**: Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of diverse events across all venues, ensuring memorable experiences for guests.
- **Creative and Print Management**: Coordinate creative content updates across digital platforms and manage print materials for all venues.
- **Community and Outreach**: Engage with student groups, local organizations, and the broader community to expand event bookings and collaborative marketing opportunities.
- **Overall Venue Promotion**: Drive promotional efforts for weekly events, live entertainment, and special promotions, focusing on creating unique concepts and enhancing brand visibility.
- **Team and Project Coordination**: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless event execution and marketing alignment.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related field.
- Proven experience in event management and marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinker with a talent for generating innovative event concepts and marketing campaigns.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
