Bilingual Marketing Analyst

**External Title**: Bilingual Customer Service **Internal Title**: Business Development **Location**: Windsor, ON (remote until offices open then on-site at client) **Reports to Title**_:_** Program Manager **The Role**: As a Bilingual Customer Service, you will collaborate with both the Stellantis Canada Marketing team and our internal content/data teams to accurately develop industry-friendly vehicle information for the Canadian market. You will review and analyze source documents from the manufacturer to identify discrepancies, inaccuracies or missing content, and review downstream websites to ensure consistency. **The Impact**: The Bilingual Customer Service supports our efforts to deliver accurate data in the most timely, accurate and efficient manner possible all while ensuring that the content speaks our client's language and terminology that helps them stand out in the automotive digital marketing space. **Responsibilities**: - Collaborate with Stellantis (formerly FCA) Marketing team on accurately developing industry-friendly English and French option descriptions for Canadian market - Work with product planning to perform validation of code guides, VOIM and Monroney Labels against source data - Perform end-to-end validation to ensure vehicle information and build logic is properly implemented on Stellantis (formerly FCA) Canada's digital properties - Translate from English to French documentation and data content - Review translations as required - Collaborate with team members and client on assignments - Review and analyze source documents from the manufacturer to identify discrepancies, inaccuracies, or missing content - Act as a data "consultant" when required to provide data expertise to client; and - Other duties as assigned by the position **Qualifications**: - Bilingual in both English and French - reading and comprehension skills - Able to navigate French and English client websites and digital properties - Post-secondary education preferred - Strong self-management and analytical abilities - someone who likes to work with puzzles (i.e. Sudoku) - Very high accuracy and attention to detail is required - Client facing - will be on site at Stellantis Canada HQ when the office reopens - Proven proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel with excellent computer and typing skills - Time management skills, organized and able to meet deadlines - Able to work well under pressure and to excel in a constantly changing environment - Understanding of vehicle option data/vehicle ordering guides an asset **The Career Opportunity**: **The Team / The Business**: **Our Hiring Manager says**: **J.D.
