**Job Title**: Customer Service Assistant

**Reports To**: Customer Service Manager

**Position Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Issue Resolution**: Handle customer complaints and concerns by identifying problems, offering solutions, and following up to ensure resolution.
- **Order Processing**: Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving issues related to orders or returns.
- **Documentation**: Record customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the company’s CRM system accurately and efficiently.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather and document customer feedback to help improve products, services, and customer experience processes.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments, such as sales and technical support, to ensure seamless service delivery.

**Skills, Knowledge and Expertise**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or related fields are a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
