Key Responsibilities:

- For Cooks:

- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes with precision and consistency across our diverse restaurant concepts.
- Ensure that all food is prepared to the highest quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, following food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist in managing kitchen inventory and supplies efficiently.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- For Culinary Leaders:

- Lead and mentor kitchen staff across different restaurant concepts, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Oversee food preparation, ensuring consistency, quality, and presentation.
- Uphold food safety standards and ensure compliance with all regulations.

Qualifications:

- For Cooks:

- A minimum of 2 years of professional cooking experience.
- Culinary schooling is preferred but not required.
- Strong understanding of kitchen operations and food safety practices.
- Ability to work well under pressure and collaborate with a team.
- Passion for cooking and a dedication to delivering exceptional dishes.
- For Culinary Leaders:

- Proven experience in a leadership role within a professional kitchen.
- Strong culinary skills and a deep understanding of kitchen operations.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.
