Are you a creative and enthusiastic event planner with a passion for food and bringing people together? We are looking for a dynamic **Event Planner** to join our team and help execute exciting **pop-up stores, sales events, online events and promotions** that showcase our brand. If you're a natural at connecting with people, negotiating with venues, and bringing fresh ideas to life, this role is perfect for you

**Responsibilities**:

- **Plan and Execute Events**:

- Organize and manage pop-up stores, sales events, online campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Develop event concepts that align with brand goals and attract target audiences.
- **Venue and Vendor Coordination**:

- Research, negotiate, and secure venues for events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with venue representatives, vendors, and partners.
- **Creative Ideation**:

- Brainstorm unique and engaging event themes, activities, and content to captivate attendees.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure cohesive branding across all events.
- **On-Site Management**:

- Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown.
- Act as the main point of contact during events to ensure smooth operations.
- **Promotion and Communication**:

- Engage with customers and attendees to create memorable experiences.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**:

- 1-2 years of event planning experience, preferably in the food or hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of coordinating successful events.
- **Skills and Personality**:

- Creative thinker with a bubbly and outgoing personality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and organizational abilities.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- **Technical Proficiency**:

- Familiarity with social media platforms and online event promotion tools is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software.
- **Availability**:

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and travel locally as needed for events.

Pay: $20.00-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
