Plumber

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a skilled Plumber to join our team, also looking for drainage installers, and water line installers to work for piece rate employment

New townhome project seeking leak hand JM to over see project.

**Responsibilities**
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
- Perform routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues or potential problems.
- Use power tools and welding equipment to complete plumbing tasks as needed.
- Collaborate with carpenters and other tradespeople to ensure seamless integration of plumbing with other construction elements.
- Handle heavy lifting as required for installations and repairs.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service while interacting with clients on-site.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Plumber or in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Familiarity with HVAC systems is a plus.
- Experience using power tools safely and effectively.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.

Pay: $45.00-$48.58 per hour
