**Schedule**: Full-time, 40 hours per week. Requires flexibility to work during weekdays and weekends as needed.

**Location**: Hybrid model. Currently, the role involves 70% remote work and 30% on-site work at our store/event locations. The possibility of transitioning back to office-based work in the future. Store locations include North York (29 The Links Rd), Markham (1 Stone Mason Dr), and Richmond Hill (9021 Leslie St, Unit 7).

**Job Overview**:As a Junior Marketing and Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in both the strategic and operational aspects of our marketing initiatives. This position involves a blend of creative marketing planning, meticulous execution, and high-quality customer service. You will report directly to the Marketing Director and collaborate closely with various teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns and sales strategies. Your role will also involve flexibility in scheduling, accommodating customer service duties or marketing events that may occur during weekends.

**Key Responsibilities and Duties**:
**Social Media Management**:Create and post engaging content on platforms like Instagram, Red (小红书), YouTube, and TikTok.
Explore and establish the brand's presence on new social media platforms.
Maintain a consistent posting schedule with weekly content updates.

Be available for customer queries from 9 am to 6 pm daily.

**Reporting**:Compile weekly summaries and monthly marketing reports to track progress and insights.

**Advertising Management**:Oversee and optimize Google Ads, Yelp Ads, and Meta Ads accounts.

**Event Planning**:Design and coordinate marketing and sales events to attract new clients and boost sales.

**Internal Coordination**:Assist in the operational management of the Clubhouse Golf Academy in coordination with the Marketing Director.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree or diploma in marketing, finance, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience with popular social media platforms (Instagram, Red (小红书), YouTube, TikTok).
- Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
- Familiarity with WordPress, MailChimp, Zapier, and other digital marketing tools.
- Demonstrated ability in developing diverse marketing content.
- Excellent project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects with mínimal supervision.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on teamwork.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- A proactive, hands-on approach to all tasks.

**Probation Period**:The initial three months will serve as a probationary period, during which the salary will be CA$2,000 per month. This period is designed to assess and ensure alignment with the role's responsibilities and the company's values and expectations. Following the successful completion of the probation period, there will be a review for potential adjustments to the compensation package based on performance and role requirements.

**Salary**: $17.50 per hour
