**What you will be doing**:

- **Drive Sales**: Be the face of our home warranty offerings—actively prospect, pitch, and close new business with builders and developers.
- **Own the Relationship**: Create and retain long-term partnerships through expert consultation and genuine service.
- **Understand the Product**: Become the go-to expert on our home warranty products, policy features, and benefits.
- **Think Strategically**: Identify growth opportunities, assess market needs, and adapt your pitch accordingly.
- **Collaborate Internally**: Work closely with underwriting and service teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
- **Stay Sharp**: Track your sales efforts, pipeline, and client interactions through our CRM and reporting tools.

**What you bring to the Team**:

- Minimum 3 years of proven **sales experience**—preferably in insurance, home warranty, construction, or related sectors
- Bonus Points if you come from the Construction industry.
- General Insurance License (Level 1 or 2) or willing to obtain
- Strong understanding of underwriting practices
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Valid driver's license and comfort with in-person client visits in Greater Edmonton
- Organized, self-driven, and motivated to beat targets
- Knowledgeable with the Microsoft Office Suite

**How you will succeed**:
In the first year, success will be measured by the ability to independently assess and evaluate client needs, offer tailored solutions, meet sales targets, build a pipeline of builder and developer relationships and establish yourself as a trusted insurance advisor in the construction place.
