Home Warranty Claims Coordinator

**What you will be doing**:

- Receive and review warranty claims submitted by homeowners, ensuring all necessary information is provided.
- Communicate with homeowners, builders and vendors to gather additional information or clarify claim details as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns from homeowners in a timely and professional manner.
- Enter claim data into systems and maintain organized records.
- Offer administrative support to the Home Warranty and Property teams (ie. processing deductibles, handling incoming and outgoing mail, uploading documents to claim files, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Consistently meet critical deadlines and effectively prioritize workload.
- Ensure timely completion of various tasks, maintaining high standards of accuracy and quality of work.

**What you bring to the team**:

- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in administration and familiarity with insurance policies, terminology, and claims procedures is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with policyholders and team members.
- A customer-centric approach with the ability to address inquiries and concerns professionally and empathetically.
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with MS Office Suite.
- High level of attention to detail, organization skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Must be able to work well as a team member in a fast paced, high volume work environment.
