GGPoker holds the largest online poker market share globally, and we are looking to add talented and passionate individuals that will help us maintain being number one. **Purpose**: We are seeking a Treasury & Payments Manager to join our Team in our Toronto HQ, reporting directly to the CFO/COO, providing strategic and compliance oversight on the Treasury Cashier function, manage day-to-day operations, reconciliation, and delegate and manage the Treasury & Payments Team. **Duties and Responsibilities**: - Manage the Treasury & Payments team to ensure precise and diligent execution of treasury cashier operations, including deposits, withdrawals, and escalations - Lead the growth of overall usage of each payment solution through optimization of cashier - Develop, update, and maintain internal reporting and reconciliation, data tracking, and analytics methodologies - Reconcile all products lines and accounts in from end to cash within our various systems and our network - Proactively set and monitor KPIs to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and availability of data - Reconcile all accounts in our network - Monitor, analyze, and improve the customer experience in Treasury Cashier - Improve and maintain coordination, escalation, and collaboration process between Treasury, Payments, and Customer Relations - Answer various payment-related inquiries as well as handle processing if and when required - Keep abreast of Treasury & Payments, iGaming industry, and market trends **Requirements**: - Bachelor’s Degree with a focus on Data Analytics (or equivalent) **or** Business with a focus on data and statistics - 3 years of proven experience in people management and development - 3 years of proven experience in a similar functional area - Expert proficiency in technology, especially analytics software - Willingness to self-learn, experiment, develop, implement, and transcend knowledge, methodologies, processes, and policies - Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills - Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users **We would like you to have**: - A passion for online gaming, including poker and sports betting (or at the very least be interested to learn about them) and knowledge of the online gaming industry - An internal motivation to take ownership of, own, and drive a unique functional area and grow **Compensation**: - Annual raise based on performance - Discretionary bonus (up to 75% maximum of annual salary paid as bonus) - Competitive and flexible benefits after probationary period - Coverage for commute - Work with and learn from the very best in the iGaming industry
