Treasury Analyst

Reporting to the Treasurer, primary responsibility is to assist the Treasurer with global cash management, a global foreign exchange hedging strategy, banking administration, banking relationships and other treasury functions as required.

**General**:

- Co-ordinate daily cash management of global mine servicing company with operations in Canada, U.S.A, Europe, Australia, Africa, and Asia including preparation of a weekly cash report and forecast along with detailed analysis.
- Assist with the compliance and renewal of the Company’s Credit Agreement with a number of domestic and international banks.
- Assist with the maintenance of foreign exchange hedge accounting documentation, maintain the company’s foreign exchange hedging model and assist with the foreign exchange trade execution.
- Manage relationships with banks and maintain the banking administration including: monitoring banking fees, bank balances and covenant calculations.
- Administer bank borrowing and bank repayments as well as inter-company loans from the Redpath parent company to other Redpath subsidiaries globally.
- Credit reviews and ratings on current and prospective customers.
- Provide back-up for the Treasurer and perform other treasury functions as required.
- Assist with user and account administration of Redpath’s online banking platforms.

**Education and Work Experience**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce or a MBA
- Two (2) to five (5) years’ treasury experience.
- Accounting designation is considered an asset.
