**Job** **Title**: Treasury Analyst

**Job Purpose**:
Support the Treasury Manager and the Finance Department in managing the treasury functions of the Group. This includes managing the Group’s consolidated cash and currency positions in a cost-efficient manner while ensuring adherence to the Group’s AML practices and financial risk management, regulatory requirements and Bank compliance.

Ensure that the Group’s financial obligations on a short term and medium-term basis of all units are provided for in a timely manner. Establish and manage relationships for relevant financial institutions to support ongoing operations and international growth.

**Essential Job Functions / Main Duties & Responsibilities**:
**1. Cash Management**
- Report weekly on the ratio between the client liabilities and the cash positions by currency;
- Report weekly on liquidity and the FX positions of and provide advice and recommendations for money movement and FX conversions (incl. forecast of cash flow positions);
- Assist in the coordination for all balance updates from Payment Service Providers and bank statements to ensure that updated and accurate balances are maintained in the Finance Department records (Quick Books);
- Monitor PSP balances and positions on a weekly basis, and liaise with PSP coordinator where necessary for settlements and transfers in/out according to predetermined limits;
- Advice and assist to ensure that sufficient funds are available and in the relevant currency to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements;
- Establish new and manage existing relationships with banks and fiduciary services together with the Finance Manager and CFO;
- Own the on-boarding process for new bank accounts (and fiduciary accounts) and ensure all accounts are properly maintained and managed, including ongoing account compliance
- Conduct annual reviews of the relationship with and services of relevant financial businesses (banks, fiduciary services and alternatives) managed by Finance to ensure we are maximizing the services and that the account relationship remain relevant to the business

**2. Investments**
- Prepare the monthly consolidation and reports on the Investment Portfolios.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Master level finance related University degree (or equivalent degree) from a reputable international institution
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Be a hands-on, self-starter who takes initiative and works well in team environment
- Accurate, consistent and able to deliver work on time
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Good project and relationship management skills

**Knowledge & Experience**:

- Working experience of at least two years in a treasury function or equivalent positions
- Experienced Excel user
- Experience with treasury systems and bookkeeping/accounting systems is an advantage
