Prime Leasing est à la recherche d’un(e) **Représentant(e) administratif(ve)** organisé(e) et professionnel(le) afin de se joindre à son équipe.

**Sommaire du poste**

Le/la Représentant(e) administratif(ve) est responsable, en collaboration avec l’équipe d’administration, de soutenir toutes les fonctions liées à la préparation des contrats de vente et de location automobile. La personne interagit avec les équipes d’administration, de finances, de service et de ventes afin d’assurer la livraison rapide et efficace des dossiers clients.

**Responsabilités principales**
- Préparer les contrats de location et de vente.
- Préparer les bons de commande.
- Ajouter les nouveaux véhicules achetés à l’inventaire.
- Coordonner avec l’équipe administrative et l’équipe de vente pour préparer, suivre et monitorer la progression des dossiers de location.
- Effectuer l’immatriculation et l’enregistrement des véhicules via le portail en ligne **SAAQclic**.
- Coordonner avec les compagnies d’assurance pour les réclamations et le traitement des dossiers.
- Recevoir les paiements des clients.
- Soutenir l’équipe dans d’autres tâches administratives, au besoin.
- Assurer la relève à la réception lorsque requis.

**Qualifications**
- Présentation professionnelle, sens de l’organisation et souci du détail.
- Excellentes aptitudes de communication.
- Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques (Microsoft Office, NAV).
- Excellente maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, à l’oral et à l’écrit (obligatoire).
- Capacité à travailler sous pression.
- Aptitude au travail d’équipe, sens de l’initiative et autonomie.
- Solide connaissance de la suite Microsoft Office.
- Minimum 1 an d’expérience dans le secteur automobile.

Prime Leasing is looking for an organized and well-presented Admin Representative to join its team.

**Position Summary**

The Admin Representative is responsible for working as part of our administration team to assist in all functions related to contract preparation for auto sales and leases. The Leasing Administration Specialist interacts with our administration team, finance team, service team, and sales team to ensure the rapid delivery of client files.

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Create lease agreements and sales contracts.
- Create purchase orders.
- Add newly purchased vehicle to stock inventory.
- Coordinate with admin team & sales team to prepare, track and monitoring lease file progress.
- Coordinate vehicle registration and plating using the SAAQclic online portal.
- Coordinate with insurance companies on claims & claim processing.
- Receive payments from clients.
- Assist with other administrative tasks and responsibilities as needed.
- Reception relief when needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Well-presented, professional, organized and detail oriented.
- Strong communicating skills
- Work well with computers (Microsoft office, NAV)
- Strong written and verbal communicating skills in French and English are required.
- Ability to work under pressure
- Work well in teams
- Ability work well in teams, to take initiative, and to work autonomously.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
- Minimum 1 year experience in the Auto Sector.
