- Coordinate new employee onboarding processes, including orientation, tours, connections, and integration into the company culture
- Serve as company-specific point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, concerns, and grievances for Canada
- Support annual employee engagement surveys and performance management review process
- Assist and support with Canadian recruitment efforts
- Promote and role model diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Assists in coordinating employee events and recognition programs
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training and development needs and to support career development plans
- Communicate training opportunities and support enrollments and accountability for participation
- Accurate and timely communication of employee records, including new hires, status changes, and terminations
- Generate HR reports and analytics

**Requirements**:

- 7+ years of related HR experience
- Ability to travel approximately 25%
- Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and Canadian employment laws
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; work experience in lieu of will be considered
- CHPR certification preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish and English) highly advantageous
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient with HRIS, payroll systems, LMS systems, Microsoft Office Suite (ADP and Oracle preferred)
