**Duties**
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve company sales targets and objectives.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing accounts.
- Oversee the entire sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing customer relationships, and analyzing performance metrics.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team's skills in negotiation, technical sales, and customer service.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns and product launches.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients through account management practices.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
**Skills**
- Proven experience in outside sales, management, and B2B sales.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles as they relate to technology products.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools for managing customer interactions.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on closing deals effectively.
- Demonstrated ability in business development and account management.
- Strong analytical skills to assess performance data and market conditions.
- Exceptional leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Pay: $48,601.24-$129,523.01 per year
