**Job Description**:
Reporting to the AVP, Supply Chain Video Security and Access Control, the Supply Chain Program Manager oversees, supports and coordinates most Video Security and Access Control related activities, including but not limited to governance activities and preparation, management and follow up on tasks and action items. The Program manager works closely with the direct reports of the AVP Supply Chain Video Security and Access Control to ensure they are well supported and timely with deliverables.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Administration- Ensure all governance activities/preparation are completed on time-
- Organize and support team and cross-functional meetings-
- Project Manage video supply chain initiatives which includes acquisitions-
- Handle inquiries and develop action plans to address them, and assist with the preparation of and dissemination of communications-
- Team branding/reporting out-
- Support leadership team with their work outputs-
- Implementor- Prioritize and drive initiatives and tasks to completenessQualifications:
- Strong program or project management skills- Experience leading teams that are not direct reports- Experience working with Senior and Executive leadership- Strong communication skills (written, verbal and presentation)- Experience with data analysis- Critical thinker and problem solver- Organized and detail oriented
