Liuyishou Hotpot, founded in China in 2000, is a global leader in the hot pot industry, renowned for its unique fusion of traditional Chinese cuisine and modern dining experiences. With a focus on innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction, Liuyishou has expanded its footprint to over 1,200 locations worldwide. In 2014, we established our North American headquarters and opened our first restaurant in North America. Since then, we have built a robust operational network, including a central kitchen and large-scale food processing facility, and now proudly operate more than 25 restaurants across North America.
**About the Role**
We are looking for a detail-oriented and resourceful **Supply Chain Specialist** to support procurement, inventory, and logistics functions. This role will help ensure smooth operations, maintain strong supplier relationships, and contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage purchasing activities based on store sales needs and supplier lead times to ensure timely supply of materials.
- Evaluate, develop, and maintain qualified suppliers while monitoring delivery, quality, and cost performance.
- Oversee inventory control, including stock checks, safety stock strategies, and efficient warehouse operations.
- Coordinate logistics and transportation, selecting cost-effective carriers and resolving delivery issues.
- Develop procurement and seasonal stocking plans using sales data, forecasts, and cross-department coordination.
- Analyze supply chain data and track key performance indicators to support management decision-making.
**Qualifications & Skills**
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or related functions.
- Experience in retail, food & beverage, or multi-location operations is an asset.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with inventory management systems, ERP tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to interpret and act on supply chain data.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field; relevant certifications are an asset.
- Ability to travel occasionally within North America for supplier and site visits.
