**About Us**

**Business Development Fall Co-op (Tech Start-up/Social Health) Job Description**:
We are looking for a 3rd or 4th-year student currently enrolled in a STEM/business-related program to work on the development and launch of Goodself - a health/tech social media platform, primarily in business development, influencer outreach, and other related tasks. This role provides a great hands-on experience as we work to scale the business globally.

**Responsibilities would include**:

- Classifying and reaching out to Influencers in the Health, Wellness and Lifestyle space.
- Creating and maintaining relationships with influencers and Experts for a sustained connection with the community.
- Writing and developing communication materials used for talent acquisition.
- Working collaboratively with the Marketing and Communications team and other teams to develop campaigns and other initiatives.
- Helping to create and implement a launch strategy for a social media platform centered around Health, Wellness and Lifestyle.
- Working with flexibility: providing input on the adoption of new procedures, protocols, and marketing strategies.
- Content moderation and community building on the platform.
- Addressing and identifying key, niche demographics at launch, and tracking analytics to coordinate an optimal roll-out.
- Communicating clearly and effectively with all members of our team
- Have a proactive personality, and a desire to deliver your best work
- Have demonstrated leadership in dynamic settings while working with a team
- Strong communication skills (English), verbal and written
- Skills with MSFT PPT and MSFT EXCEL
- Graphic design/Video editing skills are an Asset.
- Are strong operators who can work in cross-functional teams and manage projects with ease.
- Have strong organizational and project management skills and are capable of working on numerous projects in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term contract, Internship / Co-op
Contract length: 4 months

**Salary**: From $16.00 per hour
