**About the Role**:
Solify is seeking an organized and reliable **Customer Support Dispatch Coordinator** to join our team, full-time. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting HVAC and Solar field operations by managing service scheduling, coordinating dispatches, and maintaining strong communication with both customers and technicians.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to gain experience in dispatch, operations, or administrative support within a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Schedule and dispatch technicians based on availability, urgency, and location
- Keep customers updated on appointment windows, technician ETA, and service changes
- Log job details, customer updates, and technician notes into dispatch/CRM systems
- Monitor technician schedules and ensure jobs are being completed on time
- Collaborate with internal teams to support smooth daily operations
- Maintain professionalism and accuracy in a time-sensitive environment

**Qualifications**:

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- At least 1 year of experience in same or similar role.
- Organized and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure
- Comfortable with computer systems and learning new tools
- Previous experience in customer service or dispatch is an asset (not required)
- Available for full-time, on-site work in **North York, ON**:

- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
