Are you a natural organizer with a knack for communication and leadership? We're hiring a **Dispatcher & Job Coordinator** to take full responsibility for managing our daily moving operations — from scheduling trucks to coordinating and supporting our crews.
**What You’ll Do**:
- Schedule and assign trucks for each move
- Build and manage crews for daily jobs
- Communicate job details and expectations to crews before each move
- Oversee and support jobs in real-time, handling issues as they arise
- Maintain communication with movers, customers, and management throughout the day
**Location**: Greater Toronto Area, ON.
**Compensation**: $4,000/month (full-time, contract)
**Requirements**:
- **Proven dispatching or logistics experience** (moving industry preferred)
- **Strong communication skills** — both written and verbal
- **Flexible availability** — early mornings, evenings, and weekends when needed
- **Tech-savvy** — comfortable using dispatch apps, CRMs, WhatsApp, and basic spreadsheets
- Highly organized, responsible, and able to manage multiple jobs at once
