We’re looking for a passionate and experienced **Retail Store Manager** to lead our team and deliver outstanding customer experiences.

**Job Summary**:
As the Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, leading a high-performing team, and ensuring customers receive exceptional service. You’ll bring energy, organization, and leadership to a dynamic retail environment focused on imaging, printing, and photography.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead, coach, and develop retail staff to achieve performance and service goals
- Create a positive and customer-focused in-store atmosphere
- Manage inventory, staffing, scheduling, and overall store operations
- Handle customer escalations and ensure satisfaction
- Coordinate marketing and in-store events to drive traffic and awareness
- Monitor KPIs and work with leadership to improve performance
- Maintain store standards and ensure compliance with company policies

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of experience in retail management or supervisory role (required)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Proven leadership and team-building ability
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Familiarity with photography or imaging products (preferred but not required)
- Tech-savvy and willing to learn about new products and services

Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
