**_Chez Doris _**is seeking a temporary psychosocial caseworker who will work with the team to ensure that every woman that walks through our doors feels safe, respected, and welcomed and that the services adhere to Chez Doris’ mission of helping all women in difficulty. They are involved in welcoming the vulnerable women to the day shelter, but also ensures a psychosocial follow-up (intervention plan, references, collobation with other specialists, etc.). She also intervenes in case of crisis, when needed.

**Hours and duration**:Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 3pm, 6 months contract, possibility of extension.

**Salary**: scale starts at 20$/hour, according to experience.

**If you have **:

- Relevant education/training
- 3 years of working and/or internship experience in intervention with a similar organization/community.
- Great knowledge of homelessness, mental health and substance abuse issues and resources.
- An interest in, Indigenous cultures and traditions, or relevant experience working with Indigenous populations.

**And if you are**:

- Bilingual (English and French).
- Amazing at working with people.
- Calm, focused, and attentive to details.
- Capacity to multitask and adapt quickly.

Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
